    Mike is great. He worked around my busy schedule and made the process of getting insurance quote options so easy. He was polite and patient and there was no pressure to go with any of the options he presented, but he found us a much improved rate so we made the switch! After not having an insurance claim for years and years, we had to file one shortly after changing to this policy and Mike was quick to follow up on the service and make sure everything was resolved to our satisfaction.
